German Flavour: Flammkuchen . The dough is rolled as thin as a piece of paper. When you baked is lightly crispy and very flavorful. The traditional one :the dough is cover with crème fraîche, thinly sliced onions (I like with red onions ) and bacon (lardons). In my recipe I use celery and red onion. Also is eating in the Alsace Region (France) as Tarte Flambee.
