Oven Baked Pecan-Crusted Chicken



I tried for first time Pecan-Crusted Chicken with Grand Marnier Sauce at the restaurant The Wellington Grille and I like very much and as always when tried a new recipe and I like it I try to make it at home. I did not have Grand Marnier at home. Instead I make an Orange Pisco Sauce and mixed pecan with Japanaese Panko. Here is my own version
