「ハンバーグ」Japanese Meatball (Japan)

The Japanese meet balls are made with tofu, ground beef ,egg, Panko (Japanese style bread crumbs) and chopped onion,  seasoned  with a little of cumin, salt and black pepper. They are covered with a sauce made with red wine, ketchup and  Tomato Sauce (Japanese vegetable and fruit sauce) after they are cooked. My sons like it very much and he doesn't know that there is Tofu in the meatballs!
