Pane Carasau (Carta de Musica) (Italian flat bread from Sardinia)
First time hat I tried we were in vacation a few years ago in Sardinia ..Is made with flour, semolina flour, water and yeast and is baked twice.After is baked the first time is separated in two pieces. Then the pieces are is brushed with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary. Is baked second time just for few seconds to be crispy. Finally I made it at home...It was so delicious just like the one I ate in Italy. Traditionally is rounded... I just cut freestyle to baked and have it ready for the lunch.
